Education Qualification for SJVN Workman Trainee Recruitment 2025:
Assistant (Accounts):
- B.Com with 40 Words Per Minute in typing.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Operation and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Assistant:

Selection Process for SJVN Workman Trainee Recruitment 2025:
For Workman Trainee – Welder/ Storekeeper/ Surveyor/ Electrician/ Fitter and Turner:
- Selection process will consist of Online Test (CBT).
- The minimum qualifying marks in the Computer Based Test are:
- General/ EWS/ Others categories: 50 Marks
- SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PwBD categories: 40 Marks
- On the basis of merit of CBT, candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:3 for every position or as per the criteria decided by the Management.
For Workman Trainee Assistant (Accounts)/ (Driver)/ (Assistant):
- Selection process will involve CBT and Trade Test.
- The minimum qualifying marks in the Computer Based Test are:
- General/ EWS/ Others categories: 50 Marks
- SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PwBD categories: 40 Marks
- On the basis of merit of CBT, candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for Certificate Verification & Trade Test in the ratio of 1:3 for every position or as per the criteria decided by the Management.
- The Trade Test will be of qualifying nature only.
