- Engineering Graduate/ Diploma with an aggregate of 50 percentage marks for SC/ST category candidates and 60 percentage marks for UR in the relevant branches and should not have completed more than 5 years after passing Engineering Graduate/ Diploma.

Selection Process for FACT Apprentice Recruitment 2025:
For Category – II TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICES:
- Weightage: 50 percent marks in 10th and Diploma Examination.
- If marks are equal, preference will be given to polytechnic diploma and 10th examination (Math and Science) marks.
For Category – I GRADUATE APPRENTICES:
- Weightage: 50 percent marks in Graduate Engineering and 12th standard Examination.
- If marks are equal, preference will be given to BE/B.Tech and 12th (chemistry, physics & maths) examination marks.
